Questions clients ask
Do I need to bring my own braiding hair?
No. Braiding hair is included in every braid price. If you'd like a specific brand or colour, add it in the notes when you book.
How does the deposit work?
You pay £20 when you book online. It comes off your final bill. Deposits are refundable if you cancel or move your appointment at least 48 hours before.
What if I'm running late?
Message us as soon as you can. We hold your slot for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or rebook you.
Should I come with my hair washed?
For braids, please arrive with hair washed, detangled and blow-dried. If you can't, add a wash and blow-dry (£35) when you book.
Do you do kids' hair?
Yes. Kids' braids and cornrows are available for under-12s. A parent or guardian needs to stay for the appointment.
